We don’t include receipts or invoices inside any of our boxes as we know that they will be mostly given as gifts.

As we don’t sell our gift items individually, there will be no individual prices on any items – just beautifully luxurious packaging and a personalised note.

Orders made before 12pm Monday-Friday will be shipped out the same day and arrive at your destination of choice within 48hours.

If you have booked Speedy Shipping, we can deliver next day. There will be an extra charge for Speedy Shipping, which is listed on our delivery charges page.

We can deliver on the same day within the BN post code. A delivery charge will be applied.

We don’t store any of your credit card information. It’s handled by our payment processor Stripe. We will also never share your personal information with anyone.

We ship anywhere in the UK.
We can ship internationally for an additional fee. Email info@whiteboxcompany.co.uk if you’re overseas and we’ll see what we can do!

Our boxes have been specially put together to make sure that each item complements another and looks beautiful when unwrapped. We do, however, understand that some of the other items might be more suited for a personal gift, so we are happy to put together a bespoke box of your choice. We will have to price this accordingly, but it’s no problem! Drop us a line at info@whiteboxcompany.co.uk – let us know what you’re looking for and we will be happy to help.

All sales are final. We know your loved one will be over the moon when they receive their WhiteBox.

Each WhiteBox includes a card. Simply provide us with your message when you purchase, and we will add it to one of our beautifully designed WhiteBox message cards.
