We like to offer the very best of delivery options
We can send your parcel to you with a card for you to write your own message or we can write the message on a card of your choice and send directly to the recipient.
Once dispatched, please allow for delivery times as detailed below.

Ordering and dispatch times
Orders placed before 2pm on weekdays will be dispatched the same day.
Orders placed before 12pm on Saturday will be dispatched the same day.
Orders places after 2pm on weekdays will be dispatched the next day.
Orders placed after 12pm on Saturday or any time on Sunday will be dispatched on Monday.
With 5 stages of tracking you can keep tabs on your parcels progress with email or SMS notification. If no one is at home to accept delivery you can nominate a safe place to store the parcel can be left. Redeliveries are at no cost.
Returns and exchanges
Due to the nature of our service we only accept returns if the Parcel or items included are damaged or defective. If this is the case, please email us at info@whiteboxcompany.co.uk within 3 days of receiving the Parcel and we can arrange an exchange.
International shipping
We scan ship to a number of countries and can work with you to arrange the most convenient option. Just email us at info@whiteboxcompany.co.uk with your destination and we can quote you before you purchase your gift.
Special Instructions
If you have a specific date in mind that you need your box to arrive let us know and we can schedule the delivery in advance to make that happen.
